Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
Accommodation payments will be refunded as 50% of the payment if a written cancellation is received by Filida travel before April 19th, 2026. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after April 20th, 2026.
Congress Dinner
Registered participants of IAAS 2026 are invited to attend the Congress Dinner, to be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at 20:00, at Banje Beach Restaurant, Dubrovnik.
The Congress Dinner constitutes a professional social event directly related to the scientific objectives of the congress.
Participation fee: EUR 100 per person.
Attendance is limited to registered congress participants only.
Please note that arrival at the venue is individual.
